HARMAN Phoenix is back with a brand-new formulation! Still full of character but now with improved contrast, grain, highlight / shadow retention, and sharpness.• DX coded to ISO 200 – best results between 100-200• C41 processing (but why not experiment in E6 or ECN-2 as well)!
HARMAN Phoenix II is 2nd generation colour film and is very different from the original. Each layer and component has been redesigned and reengineered into a completely new formulation. New dyes, couplers, and even an experimental layer construct!Less bold and unpredictable than the original, Phoenix II still offers plenty of character for a truly analogue look.
This film offers outstanding performance in the extremes of exposure, including increased highlight latitude, so you can move faster on the set and pull more detail out of the highlights in post. You’ll also see reduced grain in shadows, so you can push the boundaries of underexposure and still get outstanding results.
Iso 250 (Daylight), Iso 64 with 80A Filter (Tungsten).
Rolled from a fresh 400ft roll from Kodak, into a film cannisters from film labs.
The film does not have a remjet layer. This isn't a home remjet removal, this is the new AHU version of the film which no longer has a remjet layer. This means the film can be developed in c41. The official developing method is still ECN2, however without a remjet layer, it means you can send it to aby lab that does c41 developing. You can shoot it at 320 if developing in C41.
You must have a camera that can set the ISO manually as there is no DX code on the cannister.

FOMAPAN 400 4x5" (10.16x12.7cm) B&W Negative Sheet Film (50 Sheets).
FOMAPAN 400 Action is panchromatically sensitised, black and white negative film of the speed ISO 400/27o.
This film features a good resolution and it is intended for use under unfavourable light conditions.
The film meets high requirements for low granularity, good resolving power and good contour sharpness. FOMAPAN 400 Action has a nominal speed rating of ISO 400/27o, but due to its wide exposure latitude the film gives good results even when overexposed by 1 EV (exposure value) (as ISO 200/24o) or underexposed by 2 EV (as ISO 1600/33o) without any change in processing, i.e. without lengthening the development time or increasing the temperature of the developer used.
The film is available in roll film 120, perforated 35 mm films including long length rolls.
